Festival will celebrate frontier heritage
STEUBENVILLE — The Historic Fort Steuben will present a look into the past with Ohio Valley Frontier Days set for Saturday and Sunday. The festivities run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
