This is my first ukulele. I choose this Ukulele for its price – as I didn’t know whether I would enjoy it as much as the other instruments I have collected. This little gem has a nice sound and is easy to play right out of the box (includes a “brief” tutorial guide). The only knock I have is that it needs tuned quite often. I am not sure if this is indicative with all ukuleles or just this model. But for the beginner, I would recommend this. By the way, I have enjoyed playing the ukulele so much, I now plan on buying a more professonal ukulele.

This is my first ukulele and I am enjoying it immensely. It took about two days for the uke to finally hold its tune, but that is to be expected. My ukulele did not have any visual defects and I am very pleased with it. The only problem I have had with it is putting it down. I give this unit 5 stars due to its playability, sound and price. I caught it from one of Amazon’s Lightning/Goldbox deals.
