    CannedUs,
    Pretty cute kid.
The cheapest ukulele I can find that is halfway decent is an EMUS from Empire Music in Canada for about $25 w/o gig bag. http://www.empire-music.com/ViewCategory.php?Category=173 It also comes in a variety of colors. Get machine tuners b/c friction tuning pegs are a pain for beginners to tune.
But, if you want a little nicer, sounds really nice, and is still under $100 go for a Lanikai LU=21 or 21C. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/navigation/lanikai-ukuleles?N=100001+202826&Ntk=All&Ntt=ukulele&Nty=1 The 21C is the concert size and will give you a better tone. Check out the reviews and you’ll see you get a lot of ukulele for the buck.
Also, many music stores carry Lanikai ukuleles. I said music stores….not guitar stores like Guitar World.
    Have fun,
