If you play guitar is ukulele fairly easy to pick up?

I am going to start playing guitar soon, will it be fairly easy to start of with ukulele in 1-3 years time?

It doesn’t matter.
I started with ukulele then switched to guitar, and now play both. Ukulele is easier but that’s because of the size. The two instruments are different once you get past how they look.

Another piece of advice. Get either a concert or tenor ukulele. They’re bigger than the standard size and will be easier for you to chord b/c, since you play guitar, your accustomed to begger frets like on a guitar.
